Our Featherlight Experience is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want an experienced Orlando wedding coordinator to bring everything together. Beginning 45 days before your wedding, Emerald Feather Events reviews your plans, coordinates with your vendors, develops your wedding-day timeline and manages the details from rehearsal through your final send-off.

**Begins 45 Days prior to Wedding Date**

Starts at: $1,250

Pre-Wedding Includes:

  • 3 Scheduled Calls

  • Unlimited Communications through emails

  • Online Planning Portal

  • Assist to create a detailed timeline

  • 1 hour rehearsal

  • Access to Preferred Vendor List

  • Final details meeting to wrap up logistics

  • Follow up with all contracted vendors

  • Venue Site Visit

Day Of Includes:

  • Assist wedding party with corsages and boutonnieres

  • Set out ceremony, cocktail + reception décor

  • Welcome guests upon arrival + Reserve special guest seating

  • Attend to the details- bustle dress, deliver drinks, etc.

  • Coordinate reception events, such as intros, cake cutting + toasts

  • Provide an “Oh Sh*t Kit”

  • Pack up items, coordinate an exit

  • Disperse tips to vendors
