The Full Feather Experience is our complete wedding planning service for couples who want professional guidance from the early stages of planning through the final moments of their wedding day. Emerald Feather Events helps transform your ideas into a thoughtfully planned celebration while keeping the details, vendors, logistics, and planning process organized along the way.
From developing your wedding vision and budget to researching vendors, reviewing contracts, creating layouts and timelines, and managing the wedding day itself, we'll be there throughout the journey. Our full-service wedding planning is available throughout Orlando and Central Florida, giving you the support to enjoy your engagement while we help bring all the moving pieces together.

Unlimited Communications (calls, emails, advice + guidance through planning)

Budget Review
Assistance with Full Event design, theme, and concept development
Create a detailed timeline
Assist with Venue/Vendor Research & Assistance with Booking
1 hour rehearsal
Access to Preferred Vendor List
Final details meeting to wrap up logistics
Follow up with all contracted vendors
Attend Consultations (if requested)
Vendor Contract Review
Assistance with designing a venue diagram/seating chart
Monthly Meetings

Day Of Includes:
Assist wedding party with corsages and boutonnieres
Set out ceremony, cocktail + reception décor
Welcome guests upon arrival + Reserve special guest seating
Attend to the details- bustle dress, deliver drinks, etc.
Coordinate reception events, such as intros, cake cutting + toasts
Provide a “Oh Sh*t Kit”
Pack up items, coordinate an exit
Disperse tips to vendors
